Efficacy, Safety, and Tolerability of Atogepant for the Prevention of Chronic Migraine

This clinical trial is studying an investigational drug that may be able to help people living with chronic migraines
Inclusion criteria:

  • Aged 18 to 80 years old
  • At least a 1-year history of diagnosed chronic migraines
  • 15 or more headache days per month without the loss of consciousness or retinal migraines
  • Currently taking no more than 1 medication to prevent migraines

Duration: Total study participation will last about 20 weeks, which includes up to 8 visits to the study clinic. If eligible, you will be asked to take either the study drug or placebo once a day, or twice a day for the duration of the study.

Compensation: There is no compensation for this study. However, costs related to participation in the study, such as travel and meals during visit days, will be reimbursed.
